Starting prices, then a scoped estimate
Fees follow the figure count, the state of the monitoring extract, and how close the funder date sits. The numbers below are starting points for a single UK programme, not a menu of subscriptions.

What moves an estimate
- Number of work packages and whether each has a usable outcome measure.
- Whether last year’s figures must be redrawn to a new denominator.
- Funder templates that cap page count or mandate a house palette.
- Bilingual captions, or separate nation figures inside a UK-wide grant.
- A window shorter than three weeks, which we accept only if the claim register is already frozen.
- Travel to a campus outside Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, billed at cost.
A deposit of 40% confirms the slot. The balance is due on handover of the final pack. Deposits, cancellations, and work already drawn are described on the refund page.
