Programme outcome figure set
A compact set of six to ten figures for an annual programme report: reach, retention, and outcome measures drawn from the tables you already keep.
Service Trailline draws charts, captions, and short briefing notes for research programme outcomes and grant impact. The work is commissioned as a pack for a named funder deadline, not sold as software.
Universities, research charities, and public-body funded consortia already keep monitoring workbooks. What they often lack, in the month before a progress report, is a set of figures whose wording matches those workbooks and the funder’s headings.
We prepare print-ready PDFs and individual figure files. Each bar, line, or map carries a caption that names the measure, the group, and the limit of the claim. A source table traces every number back to a sheet you supplied.
They refused to draw a reach bar that mixed unique people with session counts. I was irritated on the Tuesday and grateful on the Thursday.
For principal investigators who must submit an outcomes or impact annex to a named UK funder. Typical delivery is eight to fourteen figures, a two-page reading note, and two revision rounds, over three to five weeks.
Primary data collection is not included. We summarise tables you already hold and will omit a work package that has no outcome measure rather than invent a trend.
A compact set of six to ten figures for an annual programme report: reach, retention, and outcome measures drawn from the tables you already keep.
A wall-chart and page-size diagram that shows activities, outputs, and intended outcomes in the language your steering group already uses.
A visual synthesis of mixed evaluation material — survey tables, case notes, and attendance logs — arranged so a review panel can see strength of evidence, not only volume.
A half-day working session with the research team to agree which outcomes can be drawn, which remain narrative, and which claims to drop before a draughtsperson starts.
Estimates follow the number of work packages, the quality of the extract, and the submission date. We reply within three working days.
