A half-day working session with the research team to agree which outcomes can be drawn, which remain narrative, and which claims to drop before a draughtsperson starts.

Teams who are not yet ready to commission a full briefing pack because the figure list itself is contested.

A decided figure list, a claim register, and a recommended commission (briefing pack, figure set, or pause until monitoring improves).
Who prepares it
A Service Trailline associate who will later refuse to draw claims the session dropped.

How the work proceeds
- Document pack a week before.
- Session: work package by work package.
- Decision note issued; you choose whether to commission drawing.
Where we work
Remote across the UK, or in person at 41 Thornton St, Huthwaite, or at your site. Travel outside Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire is billed at cost.
What to prepare
Monitoring definitions, a list of disputed claims, and the people who must agree the list in the room.
Limits we keep
If key work-package leads are absent, we will mark those figures as ‘unconfirmed’ rather than decided.
Fees
From £620 for a remote half day. In-person sessions add room hire if not at your campus, and travel.
