What a pack looks like on the table
This is the studio’s main commission: a set of outcome and impact figures prepared for a named funder report, with a source table that survives a sceptical panel.
The four objects we hand over
A briefing pack is not a slide deck of decorative charts. It is four objects that travel together: the figure list (what will be drawn), the claim register (what each figure is allowed to say), the figures themselves with captions, and the source table. If one of those is missing, the PI is left defending a picture from memory.
We bind the reading note at the front so a trustee can understand the strongest and weakest pages in two minutes. Work packages with no measure are listed as omissions, not filled with proxies unless you instruct us in writing.
Print and committee rooms
Packs are designed at the width of an A4 report. Hatching and direct labels remain when a board pack is photocopied. We test a greyscale proof before handover because many UK trustee papers still travel that way.
When a pack is the wrong commission
If the team still disagrees on who counts as a participant, book an outcome mapping session first. Drawing over an unfrozen definition wastes the reporting month.
